Headspace - Meditation & Mindfulness Exercises (FREE resources during COVID-19)

Teen Intervene is a FREE prevention based program sponsored by the Lapeer County Health Department. Students work individually with a clinical therapist in various areas including, but not limited to, depression, coping with stress, managing anger in appropriate ways, avoiding risky behaviors and traits of healthy relationships. It is important to note this is not a counseling or therapy service. If you are interested in receiving mental health counseling, please view the "Mental Health Resources" document, or contact your school counselor.
COVID-19 Notice: This program is being offered remotely via telehealth methods such as phone, video conferencing (requiring internet) using Zoom, WhatsApp, or Google Hangout.
